I have recently lost a job that I loved after 30 years of employment due to the lack of support regarding my mental health. It affected me so badly that I was left with no confidence, my anxiety increased and mental health severely deteriorated.

Policies were in place at work but open to personal interpretations leading to lack of parity across the workforce.
