Closed Postpone letting fee ban until Brexit is confirmed

With Brexit not clear and the issue with right to rent checks and referencing, this proposed move at this stage will create additional hardship in an already difficult market. introducing a tenant fee ban that will cause more financial pressure on landlords and the estate agency economy

The housing market at present for letting and sales is currently at a very low rate, with investors not prepared to buy and sellers waiting for Brexit to be resolved. Introducing a tenant fee ban into this current climate will impact many business along with tenants as the supply of properties is at a low.
