Closed Make concession fares on buses for 16-18 year olds in education and work.

We believe it is unfair for 16-18 year olds to have to pay a full fare on public transport, particularly the buses, when they are paid less for the part-time work they do. We believe there should be a national concession fare instead.

Our example is the 'Daysaver' in Wolverhampton costs £6.40 for adults (including 16-18 year olds) but earn £4.20 per hour for in their part-time work, but a 'Child Daysaver' costs £3.20 for 5-15 year olds.
