Petition Revoke TIER 2 visa 12 month cooling off period

Her Majesty government has put a 12 month cooling off period before one can apply for Tier 2 visa after 5 year expiry. This had lead to loosing out great talent from UK industry who has over 5 year local experience.

As we are near to Brexit and we will need more talented people to sustain our industrial growth in coming future. It is time to allow
TIER 2 visa to be renewed without any cooling off period.
ICT category should be allowed to switch to General visa.
Include ICT visa's in ILR pathways to retain a great talent on similar lines of Australia.
Increase TIER 2 visa minimum salary limits based on skills to stop exploitation of system to make it fair to local talent.
