I do not believe piercing should be allowed for babies under the age of 5.

I do not believe piercing should be allowed for babies under the age of 5. The reason for this petition is mainly to make it illegal for babies as young as a few weeks old being pierced. I see it as selfish and a vanity element for the parents / culture and not about what’s best for baby.

It’s not your body; it’s the babies. It’s unsafe. It’s selfish. They may have an allergic reaction. It’s unnecessary. It’s not their choice. Risk of infection. It’s traumatic.
