Petition Thera Trust plans to cut wages of TUPE staff from NHS by between £10000 and £20000 per year

The Management team of the Thera Trust East Midlands - are planning a restructure of Workers pay by making them re apply for their own positions at a lower salary pay than they transferred over from The NHS from Aston Hall Hospital in 2005 - these people who are cared for have complex clinical needs in some cases and should this go ahead will force qualified staff out of their current roles, in effect removing qualified care from the Most vunerable of adults in the Derbyshire area. they are using a guise that this is a Economic, Technical or Organisational reason to try to get around TUPE laws.

We urge them to stop this madness and protect these patients with Physical and Mental dissabilities, they promised to do this when they took on this contract 6 years ago, and also uphold the promises they made to the Staff, who have cared for these patients for over twenty years
