Closed Debate the impact of lack of qualified communication support for all D/deaf ppl

There are different skills in supporting deaf people in communication in the community, in the NHS, in all areas of life. We are not given it if we are volunteers or in any other route than in Access to work. The Equality Act 2010 doesn't support us. Who is responsible for our equality?
