Petition Fund specialist 18-25 mental health provision in all local authority areas

We all know only to well that come the age of 18 we are not fully ready for the adult world. Transition into adult mental health services can be scary and have devastating consequences. Please help to bring to life a new age bracket of young adult services in all areas not just the minority.
