Closed Reform the House of Lords, Make the House of Lords an elected house.

I feel that an unelected house should not have the power it has. The House of Lords has a role but it needs reforms. There should be a cap of no more seats than the Commons and all members should be elected by the public in a Lords election every 4/5 years or every general election.
