Rejected petition TREAT LIBELLOUS MSM STORIES AIMED AT INDIVIDUALS OR ORGANISATIONS AS HATE CRIMES

We are continually seeing more and more fake and libellous stories in MSM and from political organisations. MSM has a huge audience which can damage or ruin a an individual or organisations reputation. Hate crime online is now an arrestable offence. We need to treat fake news stories as hate crime.

It's the responsibility of the police and Crown Prosecution Service to decide whether behaviour should be treated as hate crime.
