Closed Remove or reduce VAT on all bikes sold in the UK

There are so many reasons why rates of active travel need to increase. So lets make bikes cheaper!

For starters: Keeping healthy by moving more, reducing harmful emissions by using cars less and using the existing road and parking infrastructure more effectively by taking up less space

It's a simple solution to get more people on bikes = make them cheaper.

Belgium have just done this...
