Sound engineers should have to be certified to be able to be responsible for our ears. Too many musicians have lost hearing or have tinitus due to ears being at the peril of inexperienced or under knowledged sound engineers. Please could we find some sort of accreditation for sound engineers so that venues can only book accredited engineers?
