Brexit chaos and deadlock has shown that the UK's constitution is not fit for purpose in the 21st century.
Parliament should debate and set up a cross party comission to review the creation of a new UK written constitution and a bill of rights to ensure this chaos cannot happen again.

Brexit has seen deadlock that the British constitution cannot resolve. As a result of this crisis it is time for the social contract of this nation to be reviewed and procedures updated.
