Closed Leave E.U. without a Deal and divide £39 billion between UK citizens

The UK should leave the European Union as soon as possible, without a deal. We have all been warned about No Deal, so it only seems right that the arranged sum of £39 billion should be shared between UK citizens to help them prepare for any additional cost
No deal means leaving on a WTO deal.

Mays deal means remaining in the E.U. without representation.
We must ensure the one that honours the result of the referendum is heard.
