Rejected petition Break up the First Bus monopoly in Portsmouth.

In March, First Bus Portsmouth significantly increased prices without any clear notice. By operating a monopoly on many routes, they give working people little alternative but to pay their inflated fares. The Competition and Markets Authority should investigate and allow other firms to compete.
