Petition Introduce an obligatory deposit charge on plastic bottles.

Plastic bottles account for a high proportion of waste plastic pollution. Although most are recyclable there is little incentive to do so. A deposit charge would encourage users to return them to the point of sale for re-use, thereby cutting down on waste and environmental impact.
