Rejected petition Scrap plastic bottles in meal deals and replace with a dispenser

16 million RECYCLABLE plastic bottles go to landfill each day, with PET plastic taking 450 years to decompose. Supermarkets should replace bottles in meal deals with a dispenser so customers can fill their own bottles, the reduce landfill waste and the threat of plastic to marine life in the oceans.
