Petition Abolish VAT on biodegradable products

Biodegradable disposables are perfect replacement for plastic. But they are about 30% dearer hence not attracting many consumers. If we abolish VAT on these products more consumers can afford it and ultimately it will reduce the use of single use plastic and help environment.
