I strongly believe that borstal school system will help control knife and gang related culture in our youths. Statistically re-offending ratio between borstal school system and prison is 30:78. Borstal school gave youth a chance to a better future.

Borstal school system was generally run by ex service men/women, which trained and managed youth giving them a better chance in future.
