Petition Ban plastic frisbee rings

Plastic frisbee rings are detrimental to sea life. In the last several years, all too many images have been circulated of seals being slowly strangled or starving to death after playfully investigating these discarded frisbees. Frisbee discs, although harmful, are an arguably obvious alternative.
