Petition Prevent, by law, online stores blacklisting customers for sending items back.

Stores that operate online only are able to block customers from shopping with them when they are sending too many items back. This is unfair as the luxury of trying items on in store does not exist and therefore, customers must order items to try on and send back when they are not suitable.
