Closed Set stricter penalties for parents that fail to pay child support

Mother's and father's are getting off lightly when it comes to non payment of child support for the child they helped to create.

We live in a modern world and this needs to change. Australia do not allow non paying parents to leave the country for holidays ( cant afford to pay for your child so surely can not afford a holiday). Some states in America take away non paying parents drivers licence. THE UK LAW NEEDS TO CHANGE.
