Closed Implement without delay the report into Winterbourne View scandal

After the BBC Panorama exposure on Whorlton Hall hospital we call on the government to implement in full and without delay Sir Stephen Bubbs report " WINTERBOURNE VIEW – TIME FOR CHANGE". This should have happened in 2014.

We were supposed to have learnt the mistakes after Winterbourne view, yet this has not happened and the government or commissioners have never fully implemented the above mentioned report. We are still placing the most vulnerable in our society in harm’s way and this has to stop NOW!!
