Closed I am wanting the government to STOP councils from using bailiffs

Councils needs to stop using these bailiffs to collect these debts which can be easily addressed if the council actually communicated and had decent customer care for people .

I can not highlight the stress that bailiffs put on to people i have spoken to many people regarding bailiffs and council tax and pcn and some people have been reduced to tears or depression has become worse .
Many people are vulnerable and most of the time the council ignore this which is a disgusting way to treat a human being
