Rejected petition Change the TV License fee to a BBC subscription fee.

The TV License fee is always something that causes a stir amongst the public. I propose that it is changed to a BBC subscription fee, much like any other TV package. If you don’t want BBC services then you choose to opt out of the fee. If you want BBC services then you opt in. Fair all round.
