CBO has encroached on an individuals’ ability to express themselves through music & curtail viable income streams.

Often we have seen young black males who are making strides change their lives prohibited from pursuing their passions in music & associating with friends as a result of the CBOs

CBO's do not work:
·There is no rehabilitation element to the CBO, only punitive;
·Custodial sentences for breaches is a trivial deterrent;
·They are too subjective in their application and fail to take into account breaching a person’s Human rights;
·They are disproportionately applied to inner city working class youth who make up a substantial number in custody.

The imposition of CBO’s in the majority of cases kills dreams & ambition in young individuals who need it most.
