Rejected petition Revoke all export licence of riot gears to the Hong Kong Police Force

On 12th June 2019, the Hong Kong Police Force responded with excessive force to an otherwise peaceful demonstration. The police shot rubber/plastic bullet on retreating and unarmed protestors, used tear gas and pepper spray on journalists from around the world.

More details

Many of these equipment are supplied by the UK, including tear gas, plastic bullets, and shield used by officers. I urge the UK government to revoke all export licence of riot gears to the Hong Kong Police Force
