Rejected petition Ban the use of the Nazi flag and symbols in public spaces in the UK

Rejected on

Throughout the world we have seen the rise of Neo-Nazi groups that proclaim white supremacy, spreading and inciting racial hatred. Banning the use of Nazi symbols in public spaces is a duty we have to protect our core values of freedom and equality.

Why was this petition rejected?

It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. In particular, we're not sure if you want the ban to apply to all public spaces, including public museums and exhibitions, libraries etc.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
