Closed Ban chat functions in Apps used by children under 13 yrs old

Introduce a law which forbids the inclusion of public chat in any App used by children under 13 yrs old. The chat facility allows paedophiles to groom children for the purpose of sexual exploitation.

Preventing access to chat functions would keep children safer online, saving police/social services time and money.
