Closed Ban all parking on pavements and fine anyone who is caught

Council employed Traffic Wardens and the Police Force to book vehicles parked either on, or partly on the pavement.
As the population is growing in the UK and more vehicles on the rd, This has become an increasingly growing problem.People with disabilities in wheelchairs, the blind are vulnerable

Vehicles parked on pathways should empise an immediate in the spot fine. Roads where invented for cars, the pathway was invented for pedestrians,this should not be abused any more.
