Closed Make an NHS for pets called a PHS

Not many people can afford veterinary treatment for their pets if they suddenly fall ill, so may I suggest that we build a PHS so that our pets can get the right treatment when they need it without having the worry of not being able to afford it by just paying a little extra national insurance
