DMT is a naturally occurring compound found in many plants, animals and has even been found to be endogenous in humans. Some studies have found Dmt can be beneficial to users

Some studies have found DMT may have benefits for depression, ptsd and trauma. The use of natural DMT dates back hundreds of years, vines containing dmt are used in a shamanic brew called ayahuasca, a drink which when ingested advocates believe can bring on spiritual awaking and a deeper insight into one's self.
