Closed Make advertising vaping illegal in the same way as advertised smoking is illegal

Advertising vaping is currently legal, while advertising cigarettes is illegal. Advertising vapes should be illegal and including in the law on cigarette ads. Allowing ads on vaping to run will cause a rise in the number of smokers and go a long way to raising then number younger users.

Current ads that are running can be seen clearing portraying vaping as a trendy and popular, and this will likely increase the number of younger smokers. Vaping, even without nicotine, still has serious negative health impacts on the users and those around them.
