Closed Teach infant CPR to all new parents before leaving hospital

I believe all new parents should be taught lifesaving infant CPR as standard before they leave hospital. This would only take 10 minutes of the hospital staffs time and could save hundreds of lives, putting the parents minds at ease .

In October 2018 my 4 week old grandson choked on blood from a nosebleed whilst my daughter was dropping her other children at school. The school staff performed life saving CPR and he is now doing well. I believe all new parents should be taught how to perform CPR as standard to ensure parents are aware of how to save a babies life should the need arise.
