Petition Tax the production of concrete which accounts for 6% of UK carbon emissions

Nearly 6% of all UK greenhouse gas emissions, and up to 8% of the world’s, are now sourced from cement production. [1]

Create an additional tax on the production of concrete which will lead to reduced used of concrete in construction and additional use of alternative construction materials.
