During ths summer months of the year, alot of us are faced with working in extremely hot uncomfortable conditions. There is a legal minimun required temperature to work in (13/16degrees) depending on the strenuity of the work. However there is no maximum limit.
Please could you spare a minute to sign my petition.
All we are asking for is a basic human right, to be at a Comfortable temperature whilst trying to make a living.
Imagine on a hot day, having to work in a kitchen for 12 hours + with no air con or windows? Employers see this as reasonable, because there isnt a law against it!? Please help put an end to modern day slave labour now!!
