Petition Do not shorten the deadline for abortion to below 24 weeks.
Jeremy Hunt has previously argued in favour of shortening the deadline from 24 weeks to 12. He is not considering social and financial issues involved. After the stint of new abortion laws attacking women of the USA, UK women should have reassurance that they will not endure forced pregnancy
More details
Men shouldn't be making laws about women's bodies. Politicians should not assume they have the same qualifications as a doctor, and many circumstances are different. Women of this advanced country should not have their right restricted by the ignorance of men in power.
