Take action via legislation to prevent international scammers accessing telephone and internet sites in UK. Empower and legislate so BT and other telecom providers/internet providers must identify, block and report scammers to UK government. UK Government must then prosecute these criminals, including using full diplomatic pressure and influence with scammers' "host" governments, telecomms and internet providers, and/or reserving the right to jam/block services from persistent providers and offenders
