This petition was submitted during the 2017–2019 Conservative government

Petition Accept the Withdrawal Agreement or revoke Article 50 by 31 October 2019.

This is asking Parliament to vote before 31 October 2019 to prevent a damaging no-deal Brexit on a straight choice between 1) the EU Withdrawal Agreement as it stands or 2) revoking Article 50 pending a public referendum on the Withdrawal Agreement. We urgently need a compromise to reconcile 52:48.

More details

Polling suggests that no-deal Brexit is the first choice of just a quarter of the British public. Even if the choice is to Brexit with no-deal or to remain in the EU, there is still no majority for no-deal - a proportion of those who voted to leave the EU do not want to leave without a deal.
