Closed Remain in the EU and pursue negotiations for Reform

With the latest Brexit deadline of 31st October looming and a deal looking unlikely, No Deal is the default position. This is not supported by the vast majority of the UK and we should not accept this damaging position. Remain and reforming the EU can give us control in time without the risk.
