Closed Change law on housing trespass including parking across drives and private bays

Currently homeowners or tenants have no rights at all when vehicles park on or across your driveway or private designated spaces , the police and councils are powerless to prosecute or remove trespassing or obstructing offenders instead the law protects the offender while the victim has to pay

This is a common national issue and the law must be changed to protect homeowners and prosecute offenders
