Closed Remain in the EU to divert Brexit funding to the urgent needs of the country.

Brexit was the DESIRE of 51.9% of a total 2016 voter turn-out of 72.2%. Improvement and greater funding of social care, education, healthcare (NHS) and transport infrastructure is a currently urgent NEED of 100% of the population. I would say need trumps desire.
