Closed Require all future government projects to be carbon negative upon completion

With the consequences of global warming becoming more evident with the fires in Brazil, the Arctic and the melting of the Greenland ice sheet, it is more important than ever that become carbon negative not in 30 years, but now.

Making all future government projects be carbon negative would be a bit step towards a greener future, ensuring money is put in to planting trees, building wind farms etc.
