Closed Provide funding to prevent closure of social enterprises employing offenders

The Britannia café social enterprise near HMP Norwich has been a shining example of reformation and social enterprise. Prisoners learning skills, giving back to the community, and serving great food!

The reoffending rate is well below the average U.K. rate and we need to stop wonderful social enterprises like this closing.
