Closed Stop the cuts- use Lotto tax income to clear deficit

Stop the cuts to public services- disband the 'good causes' lottery committees and use all the money obtained in tax revenue from the national (& other) lotteries to pay back the deficit.
It is disgraceful that essential public services are being cut to pay for a deficit caused by greedy banks & bankers.
Use the vast sums generated through the National lottery to pay off the deficit and stop the cuts to public services.
