Closed Outlaw Non-Domicile Ownership of the British Press.

In view of the huge influence the Press has on the thinking of the British electorate, not least with issues surrounding the effect of the EU on our lives, then it should be illegal for proprietors to be non-domicile in the UK and, therefore, subject to the same laws and tax as the rest of us.
