Petition Make illegal to eat cat or dog in the UK!

Well don't wish to pass law incase it upsets other nations. However cats and dog are beloved pets in this country and need to protection from any type of consumption.
Please debate making it law to cover all that are microchipped and owned in this country. UK animals that need this protective law.
