Closed Give Hong Kong BNOs full UK Citizenship

The 1984 Joint Declaration on the future of Hong Kong is NO longer valid according to China government. Therefore automatically giving Hong Kong BNOs full British citizenship should NOT be considered a breach of the commitments made between China and the UK.
