Petition Stop utility companies charging those with prepaid meters more for their fuel.

Prepaid meters are generally used by the poorest of society, and it's unacceptable that companies profit more from them for using one, contributing to the cycle of poverty. We feel it's time for companies to be held accountable and be stopped from charging prepaid customers more for their fuel.
