Rejected petition adding more bins , disposable bags , emptying bins regularly

We would like more bins around the area and so it makes people wanna pick up the dog waste more because they won’t have to carry around the waste for ages, disposable bags because otherwise we have to issue of plastic and more landfill building up and also emptying bins more often or regularly as people don’t pick it up because they don’t have a bin to put in so more bins and emptied often.
